We are looking for a conscientious individual who is experienced, detail-oriented and organized, to join our Personal Lines Team in Mississauga in a hybrid role (Account Manager/TSR).
This position requires a solid knowledge base of Personal Lines insurance products. You’ll have to be adaptable, able to multi-task and complete assigned work items in a timely manner. Our busy staff are friendly, professional, and ready to welcome another player to the team.
TSR position’s primary responsibilities include:
Data entry and invoicing of transactions
Upload new business polices and endorsements to company portals
Tag and sort policy downloads and memos
Ensuring accurate processing of policy documentation such as renewals, new policies, and endorsements
Assisting in preparing Quotations, Proposals, Binders, Ordering MVRs & Auto Plus Reports and other assignments as requested
Account Manager position's primary responsibilities include:
Client service of Personal Lines accounts in accordance with our company standards.
File updates; policy changes; issuing liability slips, binders, and certificates of insurance as well as accessing company portals.
You will review new business in addition to conducting renewal reviews and possible re-marketing.
You will be expected to process assigned work promptly and accurately as well as maintain knowledge of company and industry underwriting policies, procedures, and standards.
Our ideal candidate must hold a RIBO license in good standing and be familiar with Power Broker. It is imperative that you can communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in written English. Proficiency in Microsoft products including Word and Outlook, is also preferred.

You will be responsible for client service on our full book of Personal Lines accounts in accordance with our company standards. Duties will include file updates; policy changes; issuing liability slips, binders, and certificates of insurance as well as accessing company portals. In this role we expect you to manage a busy call volume as well as service requests received by email, mail and walk in traffic. You will be expected to process assigned work promptly and accurately as well as maintain knowledge of company and industry underwriting policies, procedures, and standards. You will review new business in addition to conducting renewal reviews and possible re-marketing. You may also assist producers with their inquiries and on new business development.
